The AP is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support our Americas Revenue team as we launch AP Intelligence and continue to expand content licensing across industries and platforms. In this role, you'll be instrumental in enabling our sales teams to successfully bring AP Intelligence and our growing data, tech and AI business to market.

 

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you'll work at the intersection of sales strategy, data, and process optimization during a critical growth phase for the organization. You'll collaborate closely with Revenue leadership, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure our go-to-market motion is efficient, scalable, and data-driven. You’ll support our AP Intelligence Sales cycle, with related cross-functional support for our other Americas B2B sales teams as needed.

 

This role reports to the Senior Director of Global Customer Operations.

 

 

What You'll Do:

  • Prioritize support for AP Intelligence and related data, technology, and AI initiatives, aligned with business priorities.
  • Prepare accurate contracts and orders when directed and process sales orders in a timely manner; ensure accurate billing.
  • Ensure sales pipelines are accurate at all times and updated using Salesforce
  • Ensure agreements and other orders are processed quickly and efficiently.
  • Support smooth daily operations with a customer-first mindset and assist account directors with onboarding and service activation, including coordinating handoff to Customer Engagement.
  • Collaborate with manager on the design and implementation of sales processes, workflows, and best practices to support AP Intelligence, sharing knowledge with other revenue teams and owning documentation.
  • Create and optimize CRM workflows, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure to track pipeline and revenue metrics.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle and implement solutions to improve conversion rates and deal velocity.
  • Work across departments to help solve billing, legal, support and service issues.
  • Crosstrain and collaborate with other sales operations teams to provide coverage and manage overflow.

 

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or business operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Process-oriented mindset with attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Curious problem-solver who asks "why" and seeks continuous improvement.
  • Collaborative team player who builds strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Passion for leveraging technology and data to drive business outcomes.
  • Advanced-level professional competency in written and spoken English language.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.

 

What Will Set You Apart:

  • Experience supporting B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales teams.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML industry, data products, or enterprise data services.
  • Background in subscription or usage-based business models.
  • SQL skills or experience with business intelligence tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).

 

Location:

This is a 100% fully remote role open to candidates based in and authorized to work in the United States.

 

Salary & Benefits:

The anticipated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $78,000, based on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, and location.
