AP invites applications for the position of Project Customer Operations Coordinator, based in London.  


The Customer Operations Coordinator will support AP’s global sales teams and be responsible for handling service entitlements on multiple AP delivery platforms and related sales orders via Salesforce and SAP/CRM. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with company sales and business policies and work closely with Sales, Product, Customer Support and Technology teams. 


This position works on entitlement projects and special events such as US elections, requiring detailed and high-level product knowledge and multiple systems expertise. 




  • Entitle customers and prospects on AP’s content delivery platforms by following a detailed operations process
  • Interpret and process sales orders, communicate to other entitlement team members as needed
  • Send product onboarding credentials to customers in line with welcome program
  • Assist sales teams with the order process to ensure accuracy and follow up on outstanding issues with the appropriate parties
  • Troubleshoot entitlement issues with Sales, Product, Operations Customer Support and Technology teams
  • Participate in projects related to entitlement processes and systems, requiring detailed and high-level product knowledge and multiple systems expertise
  • Assist with updating of accounts, customer, and product records in sales systems

  • 1-2 years’ work experience in sales operations or customer support roles
  • Detailed-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in prioritizing and meeting changing deadlines
  • Excellent people skills: must work well in a team and be able to interact with colleagues on all levels
  • Understanding of the customer sales cycle and requirements to meet customer expectations and sales team needs
  • Solid computer and software skills
  • Experience with and SAP CRM are pluses


This position is based in London on a hybrid basis. Applicants will be required to work from our offices in Camden at least two days per week.
